Lori Fielding, Director of Catering
Lori has been with the Crowne Plaza Richmond Downtown for almost five years and in the hospitality industry for more than 11 years. She has worked with both select service and full service hotels. In working for her first full service hotel, she found her passion for meetings and events and has never looked back. Lori sincerely strives to make each client's vision of their event a reality. From Weddings to Corporate meetings and everything in between, Lori loves working with all market segments.
Originally from the Shenandoah Valley, Lori loves spending time with her family in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. She believes in the best of both worlds and tries to spend as much time as possible on the beaches of South Carolina with her husband and two children as well. She encourages an environment, both at work and home, of "work hard and play hard".

Tiffany Smithson, Senior Sales Manager
Tiffany has been with the Crowne Plaza Richmond Downtown for more than eight years and in the hospitality industry for 15 years, with experience in the Intercontinental Hotels Groups (IHG) and Marriott brands. While she has worked with every market segment, her current main foci are Government and Sports meetings and groups. Tiffany's goal is to make everyone feel welcome and invited, as though the Crowne Plaza is their home away from home.
In her "free" time, Tiffany's husband and two very energetic and imaginative young children keep her on her toes. Life at the Smithson house is in constant, crazy motion. She encourages creativity, spending time outside in the fresh air, and trying to capture it all through photos.
Tiffany loves to laugh and uses laughter to keep from taking life too seriously.
